Positive: Location Negative: We have been reporting this issue since we arrived 3:12pm. And staff keep saying assistance is being arranged but in the end nothing was resolved. the door handle is completely broken. Cant be locked from inside or outside, this had ruined our trip. Felt unsafe.

AVOID THIS PROPERTY !! Positive: DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY !! PAID A DEPOSIT OFF £100 it's now 3 weeks later and I still don't have my refund, property do not reply to messages and now reported to booking.com Negative: The place it's self looked clean upon arrival but lots of the furniture was old and tatty, the sofa was fake leather that was completely peeling off, they put a blanket over it but our clothes still ended up covered in it ! The instructions for getting into the flat were not clear at all, they send you down to the basement to collect keys from a hidden key safe then to go back up to the 3rd floor for the flat, there is a key safe outside the front door of the flat so why not put them in there ? Also the property owners have kept my deposit money for 3 weeks with no reply to any messages about getting it back, I'm now fighting for my refund through booking.com AVOID THIS PROPERTY LIKE THE PLAGUE !!!

Left with no accommodation luckily I managed to sort something out myself. Positive: I wish I had the chance to stay here. My reservation via booking.com was cancelled on the check in day and three hours after the check in time. The property accepted another reservation and cancelled mine. Negative: They need to sort their booking system out so they don’t double book anyone else!

Positive: Was fit for purpose. Great location. Negative: Few handles were loose, no spare blankets or hairdryer also could do with a bath mat
